Dream Boy
I was thinking about what I thought what my dream guy looked like when I was in high school...fourteen-year-old me would've never had the nerve to talk to someone so hot, lol! Joking aside though, it was kind fun (and funny) painting what I thought was cool back then.

He'll probably always have a place in my heart...

Lucille
Where does the line start where I feel pressured that I have to work in color?
Loading...
When I'm painting in Photoshop CS5, my pressure sensitivity occasionally glitches out, and I get a huge blotch of harsh color. For a long time I thought it was my computer's fault (lack of RAM or something; I was using a Windows Surface Pro 3), but I'm painting on a brand new (as in three days old) Wacom MobileStudio Pro now, and it still does that sometimes, although not as badly.

Is it possible that it's the age of my copy of Photoshop that's the problem? I am working with a licensed program, but maybe it's time to upgrade?

For someone who has been working digitally for 10+ years, I'm sadly non-tech savvy about these things...
So after months of putting up with bullshit from my Windows Surface, I saved up the money to buy new equipment. I'm now working on a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro, which cost me a small fortune and is simultaneously amazing and...well, a little frustrating. In a good way. Basically I'm not used to the amazing pressure sensitivity anymore, so it's taking a bit of adjusting (Microsoft had said that their 256 degrees of sensitivity was excessive, and artists couldn't tell the difference from real life or something; this thing has 8000+ degrees. I can feel the difference.)

Hopefully now I'll feel more motivated to art.

Aw, you're welcome! I was actually thinking how pretty your work was--I especially love the pale rainbow colors, and the contrast with the grey. I really like the power behind your concepts, and how much time you obviously spend on things like texture--it's obvious that you do it all by hand, and it I love the character that it gives your work.

Hi there! My name is Patrick, but some call me TheWolfBunny. If you like Ouran, can you do a request with Renge? I love her since she's so pretty.
